About us
For the Cossey family, construction isn’t something we recently got into. We’ve been around it our entire lives, from our grandfather, to our father, to us, and now to our own children.
Over the years, we’ve done just about everything: sewer lines, foundations, houses, roofs, commercial framing, tilt walls, pipe welding, painting, pressure washing, cleaning, repairs, remodeling, and moving equipment and materials.
Some jobs take a few hours. Some take weeks or months. Some are major capital projects that take years to plan and build. That range of experience is who we are, and it’s what we bring to every job.

Founder & Managing Principal
Eric Cossey is the Founder and Managing Principal of Cossey LLC, providing executive leadership across the company’s facility, construction, general services, and professional project services.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Eric has built his career around executing complex work, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects across the energy, industrial, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors. His experience spans project execution, project management, construction management, project controls, cost and schedule management, contractor coordination, and owner-side project leadership.
Eric founded Cossey LLC around a straightforward operating philosophy: understand the client’s need, assemble the right resources, establish clear accountability, and manage the work through completion. He brings the same disciplined approach used on major industrial projects to Cossey LLC’s facility and general-services work, coordinating qualified subcontractors, vendors, materials, schedules, quality, safety, and closeout while giving clients a single accountable point of contact.
Director of Operations
Michael Cossey serves as Director of Operations for Cossey LLC, bringing more than 40 years of hands-on construction, maintenance, and field experience to the company’s facility and general-services operations.
Over the course of his career, Michael has worked across virtually every facet of residential construction while also supporting commercial construction, renovation, repair, and facility-improvement projects. His extensive field experience gives him a practical understanding of how work should be planned, coordinated, and executed, from initial site conditions and material requirements through construction, quality review, and final completion.
Michael’s experience encompasses general construction, remodeling and renovations, carpentry, painting and finishes, flooring, repairs, property improvements, material coordination, contractor oversight, and a wide range of building and maintenance activities. His broad construction background allows him to evaluate scopes in the field, identify practical solutions, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the expected standard.
As Director of Operations, Michael works closely with Cossey LLC’s management team and service partners to ensure clients receive responsive service and consistent execution from the initial request through completion. His hands-on construction knowledge, combined with Cossey LLC’s project-management discipline, helps the company bridge the gap between planning the work and successfully executing it in the field.
